This survey is perfect for those of you that have a low budget and limited time. Usually, when paying for a written survey report, you pay for Richard's time spent on the site and his time spent in the office writing the report. With this survey, Richard still does just as thorough a survey, but will report back to you verbally - saving you money.
He will also report back to you on the same day (either face-to-face or over the phone), this is an advantage to those of you that do not have a lot of time to wait around for the report.
Richard Peat is a Level 3 Non Domestic Energy Assessor and a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor, this means that he is available to provide Domestic and Non Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) across West Bromwich and the West Midlands.
Richard has been qualified in Domestic Energy Assessing for five years and Non Domestic Energy Assessing for six years. His credentials as a highly qualified Energy Assessor are only bolstered by the fact that he has been a member of the RICS for the last fourteen years.
Not only is Richard Peat a Chartered Surveyor, he is also a Registered Valuer for domestic properties. He has extensive knowledge of the West Bromwich and West Midland area so he is able to incorporate this into his valuations.
